Create a Tribute — and Honor a Loved One

The National Donor Memorial Web site houses a collection of tributes to organ donors. Tributes created by you—your photographs, your words, your stories. Whether you are a family member, a loved one, a friend, or a grateful transplant recipient, your reflections will complete this memorial.

The tributes collection pays homage to those individuals who have generously given the gift of life. Creating and adding a tribute to the National Donor Memorial is a powerful, life-affirming way to honor a loved one. By telling the story of an individual's life, you leave a lasting legacy for others to enjoy and learn from.

Tributes will be also be available at a computer kiosk in the UNOS lobby, where you can search for your tribute or experience those written by others. Visitors can also enjoy a continuous projected display in the lobby. Composed of photos from actual tributes, this display honors those individuals who made it all possible.
